1:1 Coaching
A Once-Off opportunity to get feedback can be a lifeline to get through an immediate situation. However, for those who desire meaningful growth and change over the long run, the actions through time have the most impact.
Small daily habits will significantly impact your life more than a single large change that doesn't stick. Thats where meeting with a Coach for a longer duration will rock your socks off! Think about it: great athletes and teams always have a coach. There's a reason for that. A coach helps athletes and their teams grow beyond their self-imposed limitations, helps them clarify and achieve their goals, and gives them the push they need during tough times to become the best of themselves.
Perfect for: Anyone who needs a dependable, professional sidekick to journey alongside them through life's twists and turns. You might be a priest, youth minister, teacher, parent, single or married person, business owner, etc.

Group Coaching
Sometimes, 1:1 Coaching can be intimidating, especially if you have never experienced Coaching before and are not quite sure what it's supposed to look like or how it can practically help you and your loved ones.
Other times, changes are more likely to be made if you do it with others. You find encouragement from each other's struggles and successes, and you can solve problems together and find a unified way forward.
Perfect for: Leadership teams, married and engaged couples, and individuals who prefer a group setting (Minimum three months commitment at 3-4 sessions/month)
